The Council should include experts and scholars, representatives of business organizations, and independent lawyers.
Establishment of the Expert Council aims at formation of the system of cooperation with public associations of entrepreneurs, independent analytical centres and other organizations. Moreover, the Council is also to coordinate activity of the Committee and entrepreneurs regarding implementation of public economic policy, and to provide informational and consultative cooperation.
The Committee members believe that "activity of the Expert Council will bear positive influence on the level of elaboration of the Bill".
